GLOBAL INSTALL PREPARATION
AION 2 Download: Official Steam/PURPLE, Preload & Install Guide
Answer first: AION 2 Download channels for Global are confirmed as Steam and PURPLE, but as of July 26, 2026 NC has not published a global preload date, exact opening hour, or compressed download size. Can you download AION 2 Global now?
NC confirms Steam and PURPLE as the two PC channels for Global. Steam currently displays September 2026, September 30 Advance Access, and Founder's Packs, but those store fields do not mean the global game files are already available.
At the verification time, official sources had not published a global preload date, launch hour, compressed download size, or step-by-step PURPLE Global install page. The November 2025 Korea/Taiwan PURPLE preload release must not be reused as a global schedule.
How do the official Steam and PURPLE channels differ?
Steam exposes the global store page, system requirements, languages, Founder's Packs, and store status. PURPLE is NC's own platform. Both are confirmed Global PC channels, while account linking, cross-platform progress, purchase ownership, refunds, and preload details remain controlled by each platform's launch-time rules.
On Steam, install from the AION 2 page inside the Steam client. For PURPLE, use the entry reached from NC's official global site. KINA does not mirror an installer or provide a special download accelerator.
| Channel | Confirmed | Still pending |
|---|---|---|
| Steam | Global PC channel, store page, and PC requirements | Preload button timing and actual download size |
| PURPLE | NC-announced Global PC channel | Global install flow and preload timing |
How do you complete an AION 2 Download safely?
Open NC's global site or Steam from a typed address or trusted bookmark. Avoid unsolicited short links, lookalike search ads, and file-hosting mirrors. A logo, HTTPS, and a similar domain do not independently prove an installer was published by NC.
- 01
Verify the platform page
Steam should use app/3393110; reach PURPLE through an official NC global entry.
- 02
Check the requirements
Prepare 64-bit Windows 10/11, DirectX 12, and 100 GB free; Steam recommends an SSD.
- 03
Wait for the official install state
Download only after an official client enables Install or NC announces preload.
- 04
Keep platform records
Retain order and official error records for purchase, refund, account, or install support without exposing passwords or codes.
Why can’t you copy the Korea/Taiwan PURPLE instructions?
Korea and Taiwan used PURPLE pre-install in November 2025; that announcement records a regional launch flow. NC's April 2026 announcement explicitly describes the Global version as PC-only through Steam and PURPLE.
That means a regional preload time or PURPLE sequence cannot replace Steam's global 100 GB free-space field or prove a Global mobile client. Every process and number needs its service label.
Which global download details remain unknown?
Global preload date and hour, the PURPLE Global install page, actual download size, patch size, pre-login update, cross-platform progress, and detailed regional restrictions remain incomplete. Wait for official data instead of deriving them from a countdown or another service.
